VIPP event (Very Important Peony Person)

We hope you will join us for a special Very Important Peony Person (VIPP) celebration on Friday, May 20, 2022 from 7-9 p.m. at Seminary Park. You may have a few questions about the event – check out the scoop below.

Q: Where will Peonies in the Park be held?

A: Peonies in the Park’s beautiful event backdrop will be Noblesville’s Seminary Park located at 350 S. 10th Street.

Q: What is the attire for Peonies in the Park?

A: This special evening is a celebration of our beloved state flower: The Peony! Wear your favorite spring dress, dapper sport coat or whatever puts you in a festive mood!

 Q: What type of food and vendors will be at the event?

A: A varied offering of light foods and sample drinks from local restaurants and bars will be offered in addition to over 30 vendors onsite for this special night!

Q: Are there any gluten free options at Peonies in the Park?

A: Yes, ahi tuna with aioli and crab and artichoke dips.

Q: Where should I park?

A: Feel free to park at any open parking spots surrounding Seminary Park or at the Noblesville City Hall surface lot located at the corner of 10the Street and Maple Street.

Q: What happens if it rains?

A: Peonies in the Park will be held rain or shine. However, in the event of threatening or inclement weather please visit our social media platforms @indianapeonyfestival for up-to-date event information. Should inclement weather cancel this evening, no refunds will be available, but your donation and support of the Indiana Peony Festival is greatly appreciated. This event will not be rescheduled.

Q: Is there an age requirement to attend Peonies in the Park?

A: Yes. You must be 21 years or older to attend. Please bring ID with you the night of the event.

We hope you will join us for the inaugural Brunch & Blooms brunch crawl—one of three signature events offered as part of the 2022 Indiana Peony Festival. Tickets are still available at indianapeonyfestival.com and you may have a few questions about the event – check out the scoop below.

Q: Where should I check in for the Brunch & Blooms brunch crawl?

A: There are two check-in areas:

1. Smith’s Jewelers located at 98 N. 9th Street in downtown Noblesville

2. The Indiana Peony Festival Tent at Seminary Park located at 350 S. 10th Street

Q: Is Brunch & Blooms a ticketed event?

A: Yes, it is a ticketed event and tickets are still available at indianapeonyfestival.com and onsite at the festival check-in at Seminary Park located at 350 S. 10th Street or Smith’s Jewelers on the Square located at 98 N. 9th Street.

Q: What does my Brunch & Blooms ticket entitle me to?

A: Your Brunch & Bloom ticket allows you to receive special promotions at participating restaurants and retail establishments in downtown Noblesville.

Q: Do I need to buy a ticket for my child?

A: No. Tickets for children are not necessary.

Q: What Brunch & Blooms parking options are available?

A: If you are attending the Brunch & Blooms brunch crawl, we suggest parking at the Hamilton County Parking Garage located at 225 N. 9th Street. Please also visit all parking options at indianapeonyfestival.com to view all parking options available to Brunch & Bloom and festival attendees.

Q: What is the weather contingency plan?

A: We are excited for festival goers to attend the inaugural Brunch & Blooms brunch crawl on Saturday, May 21. Please stay advised of any changes to the Brunch & Blooms and festival scheduling due to inclement or hazardous weather by visiting one of our social media platforms @indianapeonyfestival for up-to-date information. Should inclement or hazardous weather prevent the festival and the Brunch & Blooms event on Saturday, May 21, the rain-out date will shift the festival programming and brunch crawl to Sunday, May 22.

Q: What’s not to miss?

A: The inaugural Brunch & Bloom brunch crawl features special promotions at participating Noblesville restaurants and retail establishments. Keep an eye out for special happenings in the alleys around the square featuring food items, cocktails and entertainment!

We hope you will join us for the second annual Indiana Peony Festival at Noblesville’s historic Seminary Park located at 350 S. 10th Street. The festival is not a ticketed event. However, tickets for both our VIPP Peonies in the Park event and the inaugural Brunch & Bloom brunch crawl are still available at indianapeonyfestival.com. We are preparing for a fantastic weekend in celebration of the Indiana state flower: The Peony. Got questions – here are a few tips to help you plan.

Q: What are the hours the festival will take place?

A: The festival runs from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Q: What are the parking options available the day of the festival?

A: Please check out the festival parking map at indianapeonyfestival.com for a detailed listing of parking garages, surface lot parking, be on the lookout for peony festival parking signage, and follow electronic signs to available parking the day of the festival.

Q: Is there a recommended Lyft and Uber drop off area?

A: Yes, the drop off area is located at Hannibal Street and 12th Street.

Q: Is there an accessible pick-up and drop off area?

A: Yes, the accessible pick-up and drop-off area is located at Hannibal Street and 12th Street.

Q: What if there is inclement or hazardous weather the day of the festival?

A: Please stay advised of any changes to the Brunch & Blooms and festival scheduling due to inclement or hazardous weather through our Facebook and Instagram social media accounts @indianapeonyfestival for up-to-date information. Should inclement or hazardous weather prevent the festival and the Brunch & Blooms event on Saturday, May 21, the rain-out date will shift the festival programming and brunch crawl to Sunday, May 22.

Q: What will be available to Indiana Peony Festival attendees?

A: Visit indianapeonyfestival.org for a full listing of activities and our event programming and times for the day. Festival highlights include special offerings from food and drink vendors and a variety of activities for peony lovers throughout the day.

*NOTE: While some beverages will be available for sale, we encourage festival attendees to bring their own water/beverages with them to the festival.

Q: Are there activities for kids at the festival?

A: Yes. Free coloring sheets will be available throughout the park, free airbrushed peony tattoos presented by Fabulously Fun, and arts and crafts activities at varying prices presented by Caravan Classics including:

Paintable paper peonies

Peony mini canvas and easels

Peony acrylic pour

Peony 8 x 10 canvas to paint

Q: Is the festival dog friendly?

A: Yes, but please bring any needed food or drink necessary for your pet with you and realize there will be a heavy traffic pattern at the festival.

Q: Is there any special transportation for the festival?

A: Yes. A trolley will be running from both the Hamilton County Parking Garage located at 225 N. 9th Street and the Levinson Parking Garage located at 868 Maple Avenue. The festival pick-up and drop-off for Seminary Park is located at Mulberry Street one block south of Division Street, just off 10th Street.
